In an 868 panel two 8 mm horizontal wires sit either side of a 6 mm vertical wire. It is very rigid and intended for industrial, commercial, rail and sports sites. The 656 panel is lighter and sufficient for housing and commercial plots.
Our panels are made to EN 10223-7 and BS 1722-14, and we quote against ASTM or AS/NZS specifications when your project requires them. Powder coating is at least 80 µm to IS 13871. Every shipment comes with test reports from our factory lab, and from a NABL-accredited laboratory on request.
Standard sizes are produced in two to three weeks from order confirmation. Sea freight from Kolkata is added; we give the exact date for your destination port with the quotation.
Yes. We supply complete fence systems: panels, square posts with caps, clamps with anti-tamper bolts and, on request, base plates for bolting down.
Yes. Besides RAL 7016, 6005 and 9005 we coat in any RAL colour. Heights, widths and posts are made to your project drawing.
Panels are stacked edge-protected on pallets and loaded in 20 ft or 40 ft containers. Timber packing is treated to ISPM 15 and we prepare the full set of export documents.
We normally quote FOB Kolkata or CIF to your port. Import duty and local taxes are paid by the buyer; we can also quote delivered duty paid on request.
